Family friendly. Fitness friendly.
When a golf pro and a wine expert invented a drink...
Over the last few years, many of us have tried to improve our nutrition and fitness. Never before have we been more grateful for our health and we all need easy ways to protect it.
Is there an all in one solution for our protein, vitamins and minerals that can help us drink more water everyday? That was the question we asked ourselves in 2021. The more we searched, the quicker we realised we would have to invent our own. The development of the world's first Protein Cordial began.
As a husband and wife team, we had a unique opportunity to develop Squashh from two different perspectives: Tom with a sports professional background for over 25 years, and Laura with 15 years in the top end drinks industry.
Together we combined our wellness wants and flavour needs and invented a fruity, refreshing cordial packed full of health and nutritional benefits, for the whole family.
10 grams of hydrolysed bovine collagen protein
8 vital vitamins - B1, B2, B3, B6, B9, B12, C & D3
3 strengthening minerals - Magnesium, Zinc & Calcium
2 hydrating electrolytes - Potassium & Sodium
Squashh is made in the UK. Our packaging is recyclable, the glass is reusable, our labels are industrially compostable and we use zero plastic. Let’s keep doing our bit for the environment.
About us
Tom Godwin: Founder
Tom has been a golf professional for over 25 years at some of the greatest golf clubs across the United Kingdom; including Gleneagles, Queenwood, Rockliffe Hall and currently Wentworth Club in Surrey.
Aside from Sheffield Wednesday F.C., triathlons, Formula 1 and beer; Tom has taken to running, having just completed two marathons during the first and third lockdowns. His first official marathon event will be the 2022 London Marathon, raising money for The Mental Health Foundation.
Tom’s eternal love for sport and fitness was invaluable in helping Squashh find its real purpose in everyone's water bottles.
Laura Godwin: Founder
Laura joined the drinks industry at 18, working for merchants including Corney & Barrow, Bordeaux Index and Berry Bros. & Rudd, then most recently as Managing Director for an exclusive Burgundy winemaker.
With a background in food and beverage, Laura has been a drinks expert across BBC Radio & with Gordon Ramsay on Channel 4. Other projects include wine pairing with Michel Roux Jr. & Antony Worrall Thompson as well as being Fine Wine Presenter for Queen Elizabeth II at Buckingham Palace.
Laura now manages a fine wine and fine dining consultancy & continues her obsession with making drinks, talking about drinks and drinking drinks.
Our Family
Back in 2010, Laura (then the Head Sommelier) started working with Tom (then the Head Golf Professional) at a beautiful 5 star hotel resort in the North-East of England, called Rockliffe Hall.
After years of friendship and relocating from the North-East to the South-East, they eventually married in 2014 and are proud parents to two spectacular daughters - Luna Nellie (born 2017) and Clover Petra (born 2022).
A shared appreciation for vibrant colours inspired many of the creative decisions for Squashh; alongside a mutual love for vintage olympic posters, revival activewear and 80s/90s popular culture.
